Citibank has one of the widest range of credit cards out there. There won’t be a category where you will not find atleast 1 citicard… most of the time there are multiple citicards in each category for a user to choose from.
Some of the more popular citicards out there are the citi business card, which is on of the more popular small business credit cards and the Citi Diamond Preferred Card that offers you tons of rewards points.

An article that I read recently said that “Over 2 million UK consumers have damaged their credit rating by applying for multiple credit cards after being at first refused, a new report from moneysupermarket shows.”
The real problem in continually re-applying for any type of credit lies in a consumers credit score. Every application for a credit card is recorded in a persons credit score in addition to any refusals for credit. Credit card companies and banks check the applicants credit score or rating to see if they have had any refusals in the past. This information is then analysed and the credit card company decides whether to offer a credit card and at which APR. The typical APR of a credit card that is advertised is not always offered to an applicant. In many circumstances the APR could be much more depending on the persons credit score.
I guess the solution to this is “smart applying”. By smart applying I mean, research the credit card that you want to apply for (never hurts to read the terms and conditions, does it?). Make sure you qualify for the credit card before submitting that application. People with less than perfect credit should pause and think twice before applying for a credit card that states that it requires excellent credit.

We all know about business credit cards and the features that they provide. But Comercia Bank has now launched credit cards for entrepreneurs.
An article By Peter Hoy, Inc.com mentions
“As small-business owners continue to embrace credit cards as a source of start-up funding, financial institutions are taking notice — with a number of new cards designed for entrepreneurs.”
On October 10, American Express and Starwood Hotels also launched a Preferred Guest Business Card for small-business owners. The card offers access to OPEN SavingsSM — an automatic discount program designed specifically for small businesses.
Recent Census Bureau data estimates that one out of every 10 businesses is started with a credit card.

Credit card companies launch cards with different features to suit people in different credit groups. The credit cards for people with fair credit come with more low APR and low balance transfer offers. They even give great rewards for using the card.
In comparison, a credit card for bad credit, may or may not come with all the goodies. However, if you are looking for a credit card and have bad credit, here are some tips that may help you get the right card -
- Apply through your own bank. If you have an account with them, they may be willing to give you a card.
- Look for secured credit cards. They may be easier to get.
- Look for cards with No Annual Fee. Last thing you want to do is pay a high annual fee.
A warning - Don’t overspend and at least pay the minimum balance each month. Some of the major credit cards actually report to credit bureaus, and paying bills on time may help you improve your credit rating over time.
Check out and choose the right credit card for bad credit or credit card for fair credit online.

There are tons of credit cards out there. Each card offers great deals, rewards, cash backs, balance transfer rates, discounts, etc.
How do you select the best credit card out there?
Well, the best credit cards for you are the cards that offer what you’re looking for and what you most require. e.g. - If you’re a frequent flyer, an airline mileage credit card that offers you the most bonus points for airline miles and lets you fly whenever you want (No blackout dates) would work best.
For a small business, a business credit card, that offers add on cards for employees and the ability to set individual credit limits would work best.

What is business line of credit?
AmEx says that Line of credit of up to $100,000 is something to consider if you need a greater amount of financing than a Card can provide. Unlike most banks, AmEx doesn’t ask you to put up collateral or have an account with a required minimum balance.
American Express recommends selecting a line of credit to cover ongoing cash flow needs like payroll, buying inventory, managing seasonal and/or business fluctuations, paying vendors, and more.
Like a credit card, the Line of Credit allows you to Pay the full amount due each month, the minimum due, or any amount in between.
To be eligible for a line of credit from American Express, you must be in business for a minumum of 2 years. It is also recommended that you be an AmEx Card Holder.
